The Dr. Norman E. Watson Legacy Circle is an organization designed to recognize and honor those individuals who have included KOCE-TV in their estate plans. Individuals who have completed their planned gifts will also become members of this Circle.

The Dr. Norman E. Watson Legacy Circle is named to honor the memory of the founder of KOCE-TV. Dr. Watson led the effort to obtain KOCE-TV’s broadcast license from the federal government and saw to the station’s on-air debut in November 1972.

Membership will begin as soon as KOCE-TV receives notification of the bequest from the individual or their representative. KOCE-TV will, of course, respect requests for confidentiality.
