KOCE-TV Kicks Off Fifth Season of Inside OC With Rick Reiff.

Local program celebrates five seasons covering Orange County’s movers and shakers.

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIF. (September 8, 2008) – KOCE-TV announces the fifth season of Inside OC With Rick Reiff. This weekly half-hour program, hosted by Pulitzer Prize winning journalist and Golden Mike-winning commentator Rick Reiff is the only program dedicated to the newsmakers and trendsetters of Orange County. Season five promises to be the most exciting season yet, continuing in the show’s tradition of addressing issues in Orange County with some of the biggest names in news.

Broad in scope. Rich in content. Varied in tempo.
Besides Rick’s interviews, Inside OC includes field reports from David Nazar, a Golden Mike winner as well as an Emmy nominee. Another regular feature is the “Consider This” panel, a forum for lively debate of current issues among leading pundits and politicians. And the OC Insider segment provides a quick, breezy take on trends, interesting facts and informed rumors.

The first four seasons have featured hundreds of noteworthy guests. This past July, Pastor Rick Warren of Saddleback Church discussed his friendships with John McCain and Barack Obama, just days prior to the announcement of the headline-making Saddleback forum with the two presidential candidates.  Other recent guests have included new Sheriff Sandra Hutchens, US Olympic Committee Chairman Peter Ueberroth, Congressional Representatives Loretta Sanchez and John Campbell, and stars of The Real Housewives of Orange County reality show.

Inside OC also boasts an A-list of sponsors: Lennar Corp.; the University of California, Irvine; City National Bank; the City of Anaheim; and the law firm Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth.
