KOCE-TV's Hosts 43rd Annual California Student Media Festival Hundreds of students, parents and educators from across California gathered May 30 at the Huntington Beach Public Library and Cultural Center for the 43rd Annual California Student Media Festival. This year, the video and multimedia projects of more than 4,000 outstanding K-12 students were showcased in an Academy Awards-style ceremony.
